TIFIN @Work, part of Boulder, Colorado-headquartered TIFIN, an AI and innovation platform for the wealth sector, has secured a strategic multi-year partnership with HUB International, the global insurance brokerage and financial services firm. 

Under this pact, TIFIN’s solution will be integrated into HUB FinPath, the firm’s wellness platform, to elevate participant engagement in the retirement plans it administers on behalf of its client.

HUB has more than 9,400 retirement plans, $178 billion in assets under administration, and 1.8 million employees served through its Retirement and Private Wealth (RPW) practice.

The collaboration was supported by Franklin Templeton, a strategic investor in TIFIN.

The TIFIN @Work operation says it bridges the gap between workplace and wealth management. The TIFIN Group is a platform of products and companies that apply AI to financial services, in particular wealth management, asset management and insurance. As well as Franklin Templeton, TIFIN has been backed by JP Morgan, Morningstar, Hamilton Lane, SEI, Motive Partners, and Broadridge among others.

In July last year TIFIN rolled out an India business to speed up the development of its direct-to-customer and business-to-business AI for wealth applications. The new entity is called TIFIN India. It was launched with the DSP family group, a financial services firm in the country.

Earlier in May this year, the group launched TIFIN AXIS, a platform of AI agents designed to revolutionize middle office operations in financial services.
